History

Batting Against Breast Cancer was introduced to Edmonton for the first time in 2004 as a signature event for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Raising over $65,000 in its inaugural year, Batting Against Breast Cancer eventually grew to a second location, Winnipeg, in 2007. The annual tournament now takes place in three locations and has raised over $3.4 million for breast cancer research and awareness projects to date.
