MATT & SARAH’S BOTTLE DRIVE FOR THE MUSTARD SEED

When

Jun 7 - Jul 4

Details

These days, we all seem to have an abundance of empty bottles and cans around the house…not sure why… Well, you can now let your extra beverage consumption help save the community, with Matt & Sarah’s Bottle Drive for the Mustard Seed!

Donate your empties to The Mustard Seed by downloading the SkipTheDepot App! SkipTheDepot will come to your house, collect your bottles for you and when you use promo code ROGERS2021, they will donate 100% of the proceeds to the Mustard Seed! It’s easy to use, you can request a pick up through the app, or online at skipthedepot.ca.

How does it work?

A SkipTheDepot staff member will then come collect all your empty’s, and donate the proceeds straight to The Mustard Seed. It’s like an Uber service for your recyclables!

Donate your bottles through the SkipTheDepot app and ask to donate proceeds to The Mustard Seed Pandemic Relief Fund, or online at app.skipthedepot.com/theseed. Be sure to select “Spring Bottle Drive” in the drop down menu.

What is The Mustard Seed?

The Mustard Seed is a Christian non-profit organization that has been caring for individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty since 1984. Operating in five cities across Alberta and British Columbia, The Mustard Seed is a supportive haven where people can have their physical, mental, and spiritual needs met and grow toward greater health and independence.

They have been an agent of change for more than three decades, thanks to their donors, volunteers, and support from the community.

Through your generous support in 2020, you provided:

  • Over 501,000 meals
  • More than 55,000 health and wellness services
  • A home to those who experienced homelessness – more than 385 people now have a home of their own
  • employment opportunities for over 250 people
  • and so much more!

You are changing lives and with so many exciting initiatives happening this summer, they need your help to ensure they can support those experiencing homelessness and poverty in your community. For more information, check out TheSeed.ca
