A day after the death of her daughter, actress Debbie Reynolds has died at the age of 84.

“The last thing she said this morning was that she was very, very sad about losing Carrie and that she would like to be with her again,” her son Todd Fisher said. “Fifteen minutes later she suffered a severe stroke.”

On the passing of Carrie Fisher, Debbie would write, ”I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop. Love Carries Mother.’

Reynolds was the darling of Hollywood in the 1950s with Singin’ In The Rain (1952), The Affairs of Dobie Gillis (1953), Susan Slept Here (1954), Bundle of Joy (1956), The Catered Affair (1956), and Tammy and the Bachelor (1957).

The Rickster (wondering how the Year in REViEW is now the Year in REViSIONS).
